Up to 80% Loan to Value (LTV)

There is a choice of both residential and buy to let mortgages which are available at up to 80% Loan to Value - the highest currently available in the market. This is available on a repayment or an interest-only basis; although this is not available on new-build flats.

As an exclusive offer available only through Liquid Expat Mortgages, there is the option to fix the rate at just 5.69%* until 2017 for a buy to let mortgage at 80% Loan to Value.

The rate on an expat mortgage can be as low as 3.79% (subject to individual application).
